National Karate & Martial Arts Schools in Illinois: Leading the Way in Community Service

At National Karate & Martial Arts of Illinois, our commitment to community service and engagement is unwavering. With locations offering martial arts in Aurora, IL, Bartlett, IL, Roselle, IL, Naperville, IL, and South Elgin, IL, we pride ourselves on being a cornerstone of support and leadership within our communities. Our extensive involvement in various initiatives and partnerships not only highlights our dedication but also sets a standard for excellence and community revitalization.

Breast Cancer Awareness and Support

Pink Belt for Breast cancer awareness
One of our standout initiatives is our contribution to breast cancer awareness. Each October, we sell pink karate belts and donate 100% of the profits to cancer foundations. This year, the proceeds went to Northwestern Medicine Living Well Cancer Resources. This effort raises awareness and provides critical support to those affected by breast cancer, showcasing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.

Toy Drives for Pediatric Cancer

During the Christmas season, we bring joy to children battling pediatric cancer through our toy drives. Over the years, we have donated over 10,000 new toys to local hospitals and the pediatric cancer foundation Cal’s Angels. These donations bring comfort and happiness to young patients during their difficult journeys, reflecting our commitment to supporting the most vulnerable members of our community.

Free Safety Seminars and Community Partnerships

Our dedication to community safety is evident through our free safety seminars offered to customers, community groups, and local organizations. This year alone, we conducted women’s self-defense seminars at Wheaton Academy, Rosary High School, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Heritage Girls of America, and Lazarus House Homeless Shelter. Additionally, we provide predator protection and bully prevention seminars to various groups, including the South Elgin Park District, Waterbury Elementary School in Roselle, The Learning Centers in South Elgin, and Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America in Bartlett, Roselle, and South Elgin.Karate Demonstration Karate class

It shows how they have a heart to serve their communities and make their corner of the world a better place!
