Grand Master Worley, the co-founder of National Karate Turned 80 on January 22nd and continued his Birthday Tradition of pumping out 1 push up for every year of his life. So yes – this year he pumped off 80 push-ups! I asked Google how many push-ups the average 80 year old man can do, and the reply was between less than 1 and up to 18. So, 80 is obviously off the charts! What’s even more impressive is that he is able to pump off 80 push ups in about a minute! He’s an inspiration to the martial arts world, both children and adults!
