We started Krav Maga together as a couple at National Karate & Kickboxing and have loved every minute of it. Krav Maga is an awesome workout and great way to learn self-defense. I was invited to try Krav Maga so I decided to check it out. My initial motivation was to get a little extra exercise in my life. But the Krav Maga classes have given me much more. In addition to getting stronger and in better shape, Krav Maga has given me more confidence as I learn additional self-defense techniques. One thing that I learned, that I did not expect, was how enjoyable the classes are and that the more classes I take, the more fun they become.
